Product Features:
Unlike conventional rear ladders and detachable gooseneck low beds, this vehicle offers simplified operation with its own diesel engine power system. It uses a hydraulic system to control the elevation of the front section of the platform and to extend or retract the gooseneck assembly. When fully extended, the gooseneck and the front ground contact of the platform align with the ground, allowing machinery and equipment to drive onto the platform from the front. Subsequently, the hydraulic system lifts the platform and adjusts the gooseneck position, enabling the tractor and semi-trailer to connect smoothly. It has the following features:
- High lifting capacity, capable of lifting up to 100 tons, with a horizontal load exceeding 120 tons;
- Dual-cylinder V-shaped air-cooled diesel engine, with four-stroke direct injection, offering low fuel consumption, compact size, and robust reliability;
- A dual-mode manual and electric electro-hydraulic directional valve, complemented by an industrial remote control device, providing safety, simplicity, and efficiency;
- Simultaneous operation of both the outrigger cylinders and the gooseneck cylinders to control the body’s stance, achieving precise positioning and easy, unimpeded engagement and disengagement of safety locks;
- A parallelogram linkage design ensures precise control of the gooseneck’s horizontal movements;
- Interchangeable recessed pull-out towing pins in sizes 50# and 90#, designed with a rational structure to accommodate various towing brackets;
- An exceptionally shallow loading ramp angle of 8.5°, demonstrating high adaptability and meeting the loading demands of 99% of vehicles in the market.
