This competition, hosted by the Group’s Labor Union and Human Resources Department, aimed to unleash the potential and vitality of the Group’s industrial workforce, promote craftsmanship, improve overall skill levels, and drive the Group’s innovation and development. The competition included five events: CNC programming, electrical work, forklift operation, welding, and assembly. Employees showed great enthusiasm, and after initial screening, nearly 200 skilled professionals participated.
During the competition, all participating employees fully demonstrated the indomitable and meticulous spirit of Qingte employees. With solid professional skills and excellent adaptability, they achieved remarkable results in their respective projects. These achievements not only affirm their individual skills but also powerfully demonstrate the Group’s long-standing emphasis on cultivating skilled talent and its incentive mechanisms.
After fierce competition and rigorous evaluation, Sun Haopeng from the Machining Workshop 1 of Zhongli Company won the first prize in the CNC programming technical skills competition; Zhang Gongsheng from the Power Department of the Equipment Engineering Department won the first prize in the electrical engineering technical skills competition; Zheng Yulong from the Machining Workshop 1 of Zhongli Company won the first prize in the forklift technical skills competition; Chen Weigang from the Power Engineering Workshop of Special Vehicle Company won the first prize in the welding technical skills competition; and Zhang Liang from the Assembly Workshop of Weifang Company won the first prize in the assembly technical skills competition. The outstanding performance of these highly skilled employees not only brought them honor but also contributed valuable talent to the Group’s development.
Following the competition, the Group held a grand commendation ceremony and awards presentation. Group Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Vice President Ji Yichun, Vice Presidents Ren Chunmu, Yang Chaohui, and Zhao Guanchuan, Union Chairman Ji Guoqing, and President Assistant Zhang Fengning, among other leaders, attended the event and presented awards to the winners.
