On March 28th, the 2025 Shanghai Automotive Powertrain Technology Exhibition, a three-day event and a key indicator of global trends in the automotive powertrain industry, concluded at the Shanghai Auto Exhibition Center. As a leading domestic manufacturer of commercial vehicle axles, Qingte Group made a significant appearance with its five innovative axle product portfolios. Through immersive displays and in-depth technical dialogues, the company showcased the groundbreaking achievements of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the field of core automotive components to the global market.
Five Products, Each Showcasing Its Strength
At the exhibition, Qingte Group’s five meticulously crafted star products attracted considerable attention, drawing large crowds and sparking lively discussions.
Three electric drive axles and two traditional axles highlighted Qingte’s core competitiveness, providing customers with sustainable value-added and system solutions. The QT20PE micro-truck electric drive axle utilizes high-precision gears to enhance transmission stability, achieving a transmission efficiency exceeding 98%; the QT35PE light truck electric drive axle features a highly integrated motor, motor controller, reducer, and axle, improving space utilization; the newly released QT115SPE new energy heavy truck electric drive axle features an aluminum main reducer housing, a modular design, and active lubrication, improving heat dissipation and system efficiency while reducing weight; the QT240Q steering drive axle features pneumatic separation at the wheel ends, enabling multi-drive mode switching and reducing fuel consumption; the QT470D drive axle boasts a minimum speed ratio of 1.94, meeting the requirements for long vehicle lifespan, frequent oil changes, and high efficiency.
