On the morning of January 30, 2026, the 2025 Annual Business Summary Meeting of Qingte Group was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the group headquarters. Group President Ji Jianyi and his senior management team attended the meeting. Heads of various functional departments and subsidiaries, as well as middle-level managers, gathered together to discuss development achievements and plan for the future.
Ji Jianyi, President of Qingte Group, delivered the Group’s 2025 annual work summary report and made comprehensive arrangements for the 2026 business operations. Heads of various business units reported on their 2025 work summaries and 2026 work plans, systematically reviewing and planning their respective areas of responsibility. The meeting aimed to build consensus by reflecting on the past and clarify direction by looking to the future. Zhang Fengning, Assistant to the President, chaired the meeting.
The meeting pointed out that 2025 is the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for planning the 15th Five-Year Plan. In this year, the Group, adhering to its business strategy of “independent innovation, high quality, low cost, and internationalization,” and implementing the business policy of “stable operation, increased efficiency, and strong brand,” not only exceeded its annual operating targets under the correct leadership of the Group and the joint efforts of all employees of its subsidiaries, but also achieved commendable results in market expansion and project construction. Product production and sales volume, service capabilities, and brand influence reached new heights.
The meeting analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the 2025 operation and management work, and analyzed the domestic and international macroeconomic development trends and industry competition situation facing 2026.
The meeting pointed out that 2026, as the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, is of extraordinary significance for a good start. Currently, China’s economy is recovering well, and the commercial vehicle market, driven by both new energy projects and infrastructure upgrades, is ushering in an important opportunity for restorative growth, with the industry’s overall development remaining stable and upward.
The meeting emphasized that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the group will actively develop the commercial vehicle axle industry, integrate and develop the auto parts industry, strive for breakthroughs in the special-purpose vehicle industry, actively cultivate and expand strategic emerging industries, and steadily develop the real estate industry. The group as a whole will maintain a compound annual growth rate of over 10%, prioritizing efficiency. The manufacturing sector will maintain a compound annual growth rate of around 20%, and the real estate industry will maintain a steady growth rate of around 5%.
In 2026, Qingte Group will focus on the operating policy of “focusing on customers, focusing on products, focusing on value, and focusing on management,” comprehensively enhancing its core competitiveness and achieving a dual improvement in operating performance and management level. The focus will shift to a high-quality development path of technological leadership, product excellence, lean management, and brand value enhancement, concentrating resources to forge core competitiveness, focusing on improving development quality, and achieving a deep transformation from “volume growth” to “value creation.”
Ji Yichun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Group, announced the commendation decisions for advanced collectives, advanced individuals, and outstanding achievements in science and technology, management, and quality in 2025. During his presentation, he comprehensively reviewed the outstanding examples and achievements that emerged from all fronts over the past year, highly recognizing the remarkable contributions of the award-winning groups and individuals in areas such as business operations, technological breakthroughs, management improvement, and quality control. This commendation was not only a reward and tribute to exemplary figures, but also aimed to set benchmarks, unite forces, and inspire all Qingte employees to learn from these role models and emulate the advanced, striving for even greater achievements and a new chapter in the new journey of 2026.
At the meeting, President Ji Jianyi signed the 2026 annual business target responsibility agreement with the general managers of various business units, marking the official start of the Group’s new year’s arduous journey.
