On the afternoon of July 25th, the Qingdao 2025 “7.26 Craftsman’s Day” and Employee Innovation and Creation Conference, themed “Gathering Craftsmanship and Strengthening Brands,” was grandly held. The conference announced a list of outstanding craftsmen who have made significant contributions to skills innovation and industrial upgrading.
Qingte Group employees Ji Yanbin and Li Tianyu were awarded the titles of “Qingdao Craftsman” and “Qingdao Employee Innovation Expert,” respectively, for their outstanding professional abilities and innovative achievements. Liu Benyou, as the primary author, won the “Second Prize of Qingdao Employee Innovation Achievement,” showcasing the talent and strength of the company’s highly skilled workforce.
Ji Yanbin, with his superb skills and meticulous craftsmanship, has become an industry technical benchmark and was awarded the title of “Qingdao Craftsman.”
Li Tianyu, demonstrating innovative vitality through breakthroughs in technical research and process optimization, was named a “Qingdao Employee Innovation Expert.”
Liu Benyou, as the first author, developed the project “Research and Application of Key Technologies for High-Reliability Differential Assembly of Drive Axle for Heavy Commercial Vehicles”. The project overcame many technical difficulties, significantly improved product performance and market competitiveness, and won the “Second Prize of Qingdao Municipal Staff Innovation Achievement Award”.
