On December 20, 2025, the Shandong Foundry Association held its 40th anniversary celebration. Ji Aishi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Qingte Group, was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” in the Shandong Foundry Industry for his more than 50 years of dedication and contributions to the foundry field. It has built a fully automated system integrating “underground intelligent logistics + unmanned workshops + digital twin management,” increasing production efficiency by 300% compared to traditional methods and reducing the proportion of frontline operators by 65%, completely overturning the traditional impression of the foundry industry as “high-pollution and high-labor-intensity.” The company has achieved a large-scale production capacity of 200,000 tons of high-end castings annually, covering core components for commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and robots. Its key technologies have reached world-leading levels, making it a core force supporting the high-end manufacturing supply chain and establishing strategic partnerships with many well-known domestic and international companies.
